A free 15-minute call after you've booked, before your shoot — where we confirm your venue, talk through the show, and cover anything specific to your booking (blocking notes, camera space, whatever applies).

Venue details, a sense of the vibe you're after, and who to coordinate with — we'll cover this on your Pre-Shoot Call. At booking, you can also upload a venue plan and a marked-up script if useful. For a promo shoot, bring reference clips you like.

Standard delivery is within a week of the shoot. If you're up against a review or listing deadline, add the 48-hour rush turnaround for +£50, or flag it before booking and we'll tell you straight whether it's doable.

Raw is every usable clip, organised and audio-synced, dropped to your Google Drive for you or your editor to cut. Edited & graded means we do the lot — cut, colour, sound — and hand you a finished piece in your choice of landscape or vertical, ready to post.

Yes — that's our captions add-on. Burned-in subtitles plus your stars and pull-quotes baked into the edit, on edited pieces. Add it at booking, or come back to us once the reviews land. (+£50 per piece, +£150 for the package.)

Two rounds of corrections on edited pieces. You leave notes on Frame.io — nice and visual, timestamped to the exact frame — and we work through them.

Yes — that's archive coverage: a clean capture of the full run for your reel, records and funding decks. We bring a room mic (Zoom) for the audio. Just make sure your venue's happy for us to film.

For shows with complex blocking, having someone on your team operate a simple clicker during the performance to mark points on our footage can speed the edit up a lot — it flags exactly where the priority moments are without us having to guess from scrubbing through the whole recording. It's entirely optional and genuinely simple; we'll talk you through it on your Pre-Shoot Call if it sounds useful.

Yes — it depends on where the footage comes from and whether you want another element woven in. If you've booked Archive or Two-Camera with us, we can cut a promo straight from that footage — add it at booking, or come back for it afterwards as its own booking (£110 either way). Want an interview or your vox pops woven in too, shot by us? Book a Promo Shoot or Vox Pops as well, and add the matching Combined option to whichever you book second (£110 either way). If you'd rather supply your own footage of the performance: we can cut it on its own (Promo Cut — Your Footage, £150, pure edit — no shoot involved), or combine it with an interview we shoot with you (Promo Cut — Interview + Your Footage, £350).

Both. Single camera is the standard archive capture. Two-Camera Show Capture is only ever bookable on dates we've both confirmed we're around — so if it's showing as available, both of us are booked in, no need to double-check (£400 raw / £600 edited). Roving-camera space and any setup details get covered on your Pre-Shoot Call. Book it on its own or swap it into any package as an upgrade.

Yes — multi-cam podcast or interview sessions, up to 90 minutes. You get the full raw episode plus a handful of highlight clips for social. It's priced at the same rate as our other single elements rather than folded into the four-piece package, since it's a different kind of booking. Longer sessions or multiple episodes in a day are quoted via the Event & Late-Night Capture Enquiry Call.

It's a discretionary concession rate — we offer it when it suits our schedule that day, not as a guaranteed rule tied to already having a booking. When it's on: a cheap raw-only shoot, no edit, just the footage to your Drive, from £50 for a quick single setup up to £150 for something fuller. It's the budget option for performers who just want the footage. Standalone (on a day with nothing else booked), the normal £200 raw minimum applies. Ask when you get in touch and we'll let you know if it's available.

Yes — confirm your booking 7 or more days before your show and save 15% on any single element, two-camera capture, or the full package. It's not available on concession coverage or event & late-night capture, since those work on different pricing logic.

Yes — that's event and late-night capture. It's priced by the hour rather than flat: £100/hour for coverage (2-hour minimum), plus £20/hour for anything past midnight. If you want it edited into a highlight reel, that's priced on the hours of footage we have to review rather than the length of the final cut (£50/hour shot, £150 minimum) — a 4-hour night costs the same to edit whether the highlight reel ends up 60 seconds or three minutes, because the scrubbing time is the same either way. Book the free Enquiry Call first — we'll work out and confirm your total together, then send a payment link.

Edited pieces come as a finished cut in your choice of landscape or vertical — whichever suits where you're posting it. Raw comes as the organised source files.

Yes — that's a small add-on rather than something bundled in, since properly reframing footage for a second aspect ratio (not just cropping it) takes real editing time. It's +£40 per piece, or +£120 across the full package.

We look after our own kit and take the normal risks of the job on ourselves. But if you, your cast or crew, or anyone connected to your booking damages our equipment, you'd be liable for the repair or replacement cost — charged at fair second-hand rates, not the price of buying new.

A shared Google Drive folder. We keep it live for 30 days — download and back up your copies within that window.

You'll need your venue's OK to film — please sort that in advance, as some Fringe venues restrict cameras. If access falls through on the day through no fault of ours, our rescheduling terms apply. If it's a weather call for an outdoor promo, we'll work with you to move it.

You can use your delivered files however you like. We keep the right to feature the work in our own portfolio and showreel — but if you'd rather we didn't, just say the word.

Cancel or reschedule 48+ hours before for a full refund or a free move to another slot. Inside 48 hours we'll try hard to reschedule you, but if we can't, the fee isn't refundable.

Full refund, no quibble — or we'll prioritise finding you another slot, whichever you prefer.

Across the whole festival, 3–31 August. We're both performing our own shows during the run, so filming slots sit around those — book early to lock in the time you want. Want promo shot before the festival? Pre-Fringe sessions are available on request, just ask.

We're on the ground in Edinburgh for the whole festival and come to your venue. We cover the central festival zone as standard — the Old Town and University quarter (Bristo Square, George Square, Teviot, Pleasance), the Cowgate, the Royal Mile, across into the New Town, and down to Summerhall and the Meadows. That's roughly a mile around the Old Town and takes in the large majority of Fringe venues, at no extra travel cost. For anywhere further out — Leith, Ocean Terminal, or beyond the centre — just ask before you book and we'll confirm a small travel add-on.
